The Craft Taco at The Nat Reviews
The food was actually really good. I got the carne asada fries and found them very enjoyable. My wife ordered a coffee as well and it was very well made. The staff were very friendly and attentive as well.
I was fully expecting to get ripped off at a museum restaurant but I was so wrong. The chips and guac came with about a pound of guac and the chips were clearly freshly fried. The surf and turf burrito had a handmade tortilla with large, perfectly cooked shrimp. Shout out to the kitchen team!!
Maybe we were just hungry but one of these best tacos I’ve ever had was in a museum taco shop. Let me frame this: I live in Texas. I eat and have eaten many, many tacos. These were just exceptional. My family agrees. They really don’t need to be this good, but they are.

The Craft Taco at The Nat was fresh, hot, flavorful food that was a nice surprise for you. The menu had carne asada fries, surf and turf burrito, Mishfish burrito, London Fog, bean and cheese burrito, quesadilla, bowl and green salsa. Chips and guac came with a pound of guac and freshly fried chips. Shrimp were large and perfectly cooked in a handmade tortilla. The coffee was very well made and the service was very friendly and attentive. Staff brought food out to the table and the kitchen team made each item real great. Family agrees the tacos were among the best and the food was exceptionally good. The restaurant was great museum food and great food period.
