“We’ve always had a great experience here. Sometimes they can get busy, so we’re okay being patient because the food always comes out fresh, hot and delicious; and it’s worth it even if it takes a bit longer at peak times.
Jamie is always nice and profesional, even when she has to juggle a lot of things happening at once. Whether it’s slow or busy, she has always done her best to take care of us.“
“I come here a lot and I wanted to redeem my rewards and when I asked the employee who I believe was a manager how to redeem my reward she said she doesn’t know , that she gets asked a lot of times and tells them she doesn’t know.
I’m sorry but if you’re in the field of customer service then you need to get familiar with the changes that’s happening. I had to pay extra cause I couldn’t redeem my reward or get an extra side.“

“The food is good. Burgers and fries, lots of bacon which makes it a good thing. However, the service was very slow. There was only one person working the front counter, and he was very busy. Plus at the same time the frosty machine needed to be refilled, so they spent a lot of time working on it. Then they kept checking and rechecking the machine to see if the mix was ready or not. We were on a bit of a time crunch, and almost were late to our appointment.“
“The remodel is great I just hope they remodeled the staff as well cuz the previous staff was AWFUL. They would refuse people service if they thought you were homeless. I know because it happened to me once and one of the flunkies that was behind the counter actually came out the back door with his flunkie buddy/co-worker and tried squaring up to fight lol.....what a joke and a crying shame at the same time ..... Hopefully they got that fixed.....“
“Wendy's is one of last very few places that one can actually eat out within 10 to 13$ range and a good tasting fast food and feel full.
The offers are a real good deal in Wendy's app. Even if you go Wendy's once a month, you will still find a good offer.
The service was a bit slow (maybe due to mobile orders + dine in orders. but the workers were courteous, appeared to do their best prepping the food and even when the orders were slower, the guy left his point of sale station and came asked the customers if everything was Ok and if we needed anything. The place was clean.“
