Subject: Wendy's Mobile AppI wanted to use the Wendy's mobile app offer for $2 off any combo.... I went ahead and selected it so that when I placed my order through the drive-through all I would have to do is have the drive-through employee scan the barcode within the app and the $2 would be deducted..... I always come to this location because they are not usually busy, and they always get my order right. I have never dined in, but the drive thru is always very fast, especially with a mobile order. They are always ready to go.

I regret going inside. Don't make the same mistake.Only one person handling dine-in orders, including order, pay, fries, and service. When I arrived there was only one party in front of me, yet it still took over 12 minutes to get my order.The dining room was a mess. Floors were filthy, tables un-wiped, and the self-service soda machine was out of Coke and Diet Coke.
