Excellent value, especially the biggie meals. Only drawback at this Wendys, service is lacking. Usually have had to wait for someone to take our order, and last time, lady didn't say hello, thanks, or anything. Doesn't seem to care about customers.

The food is good. Burgers and fries, lots of bacon which makes it a good thing. However, the service was very slow. There was only one person working the front counter, and he was very busy. Plus at the same time the frosty machine needed to be refilled, so they spent a lot of time working on it. Then they kept checking and rechecking the machine to see if the mix was ready or not. We were on a bit of a time crunch, and almost were late to our appointment.

Terrible service and food was cold. Couldn’t get an employee to take our order so had to use the mobile app. Mobile app does not send order to kitchen even after payment still took too long to receive order. Horrible experience all around. We will not be back

Well I just got on the app for the first time, just to get the free classic burger what's cooked perfect not overcooked and not undercooked. So with your free whatever you get you get a reward that you have to pay for, so I think the spicy classic chicken I came with everything on it. No cheese 😞 so now I'm starting my rewards get so many rewards a freebie with whatever you buy I presume there was a few people in there to enjoy a good burger, now a lot thicker than before.

Ordered a baconator. It was cold like a counter top. I asked for a fresh one. They gave me another cold burger 🍔 😑 The people were nice enough but you've lost my business forever and I love Wendy's. Just not this location.
The guy at the drive thru, should not be there. He messed up our oder. Things were missing, and did not ring us up properly.

I used to frequent this location but had to stop going after the recent remodel because it always smells like raw sewage inside now, and I want nothing to do with food from a restaurant that smells like that.
