Excellent food and service! The servers and manager were very friendly and attentive, even making casual banter every once in a while promoting a very enjoyable dinner experience. The food was great too! I ordered the Donkatsu Bento box, the salmon skin hand roll, and Tuna tataki roll. All 3 meals were very tasy and made with quality ingredients. It’s so great to have new chef here in Carmel Valley area at Zip fusion sushi!!! No need to drive a lot to have the right seafood and drinks and the new staffs absolutely know how to entertain the kids especially with the right food! Highly recommend to enjoy seafood!
