“This is a great little diner with a very friendly owner and staff who make you feel welcome and part of the family! They are also able to accommodate different dietary restrictions, which I really appreciate as someone with limited safe options.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free bread and buns, so they are able to make french toast, sandwiches, and burgers safe for me!“
“Been going to Penny's since it was on Hacienda & Maplegrove (bout 25 yrs ago) Hadn't been in a while Had steak & eggs with HOUSE POTATOES and it was all so tasty & delicious!! Waitess was nice but seemed new. The only drawback was she seemed to get busy with a couple of other tables and didn't come back to our side for most of our stay. Waited for coffee refill until I was done with my food. Only one more person behind the counter. Overall a good experience based on the food...and that amazing house salsa!“
“Queenie is the best! Came from the Bay Area heading to LA and gave this place a try. The shrimp roll is yum pho flavor vibes, and the lobster roll delicious! Also had the cucumber salad was amazing, including the sauce! Queenie was so sweet and made sure to check about my allergies! Overall, everything was great! Service to the food to the atmosphere! “Awesome spot for some great food!! When we arrived, we were greeted with a smile and friendly service and pretty much had our picking of where to sit. The service was prompt, and the portion sizes were more than adequate. I have visited this location a few times, and I have never been disappointed with the food or service. We tried a few different things on the menu this time, and it was all fantastic! My kid really liked the meatball sandwich. It's definitely a place worth checking out and make sure you come with an empty stomach; you're going to need the space.“
“Finished a round of golf found this place near by got seated right away. Place was packed we were lucky to find a table right away staff was friendly food was good had a great time with family enjoying our breakfast. Recommend it when you are around this area.“
