“The kebab here are delicious. I was finally able to try this place for lunch and it did not disappoint. The staff were very friendly and polite with us. My wife and I came here after her doctor appointment because it's in the same plaza.

My wife got the chicken kebab plate with hummus and macaroni. I got the beef lule kebab plate with Shirazi and French fries. They make it fresh right when you order so it can take a couple of minutes. We are our food inside of the place so they brought our dish out to us. They also give complimentary lentil soup for my wife. We both really like how seasoned the chicken and beef lule kebab were. We'll be sure to come back again to try another dish.“

“One of the best 100 meals we've had. If you are traveling between Ventura and Pasadena, a great place to stop. Located in a strip mall, just off the freeway. We shared an Armenian salad and a lamb shawarma. Perfect amount of food for two people. Don't miss this place!“

But the food here is straight up. Amazing! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu, but what introduced me to this place was their burgers which are just incredible. I just got one after so long and I just couldn't help but notice that it looks like the Real life version of the Krabby Patty

“What a Great Find! First time there and Junior took time to explain the whole menu to us. He also prepared the Delicious meal! We tried the chicken kabob, Shawarama, rice, Mediterranean salad, and hummus with pita bread. Fantastic meal!!! We also watched him prepare a Wrap which was Huge. We definitely be back!!! This great little place is located in the CVS shopping center on Hollywood Way and Verdugo.“

“I ordered the beef combo and the taste was absolutely delicious! I’ve tried many Persian restaurants before, but Olive Paper really stands out. Even the rice is completely different and cooked to perfection. The food is amazing, the restaurant is very clean, and the service is excellent. My son ordered Joojeh Kabsb, which was juicy and flavorful, served with a side of rice. I ordered Abgoosht, and I loved how fresh and well-seasoned it was. It reminded me my childhood traditional abgoosht places in Tehran.

The prices were reasonable, and the portions were just right. Overall, Vanak is a great spot for a quick and tasty meal. I’ll definitely be back.“

“Got there right at closing time with our online order mistakenly scheduled for the next day, and manager Juan and server Vanessa could not have been more gracious and professional in how they handled the situation. They rallied to make sure I got the wrap I ordered for my son, and I am extremely grateful for the team taking the time to make him a delicious meal even after all the food was put away for the night. “I only recently went into Cicek's Chicken and couldn't believe how delicious it was. The quality is consistent every time. The moutabal is to die for, and the garlic sauce hits so good with the chicken. Speaking of which, the chicken is juicy and perfect. The filet mignon is so delicious too. Just tried the baklava and WOW, didn't expect it to be as delicious as it was. I was genuinely surprised. So happy to be a semi-regular now, this place rules. Give it a shot.“
