The environment is antique and cool. I think it could be like a skewer bar but it’s lack of kitchen view. They just had loud music. The food is kind of salty and dry. There wasn’t many interactions between the staff and us. (They did come when we ask for help though)They use disposable places and one time cup for us too. It felt a little weird to do that in a restaurant ?

Mid food but they charge credit card fee for almost $200 dinner? Mandatory 18% tips for 4 people or more but there is zero service. Food was mediocre if not bad. I can’t believe people would recommend this place. Really tempted to not pay at all for how bad it was?

It was a really small place with a couple of tables but I had a good time. Even though I felt like our mouths never stopped moving they gave us two more kebabs because they were swamped and the food didn't came out as quickly as usual.
I've been a customer of this restaurant since 2018, but I've noticed a decline in quality since the pandemic. And on one occasion, I encountered an unexpected "mandatory tip" charge on the receipt. Customers were then given the option to add an additional tip on top of that. This experience was quite off-putting, as it felt like an unfaithful practice which turned me off after that visit.

Delicious skewers place! Personally loved the beef, chives and mushroom skewers the most. Very flavorful food but a little pricey (things add up fast!) Both the male and female severs were friendly. There is a 2% credit card surge charge but they take Venmo if you don’t have cash.
I've been eating there for several years and I've always loved it!! The atmosphere in the store is also very lively, perfect for eating in the middle of the night! However, in the past two times I ordered pickup and went back to eat, I felt that the quality control was poor.... Hope it can be improved!!

A lot of food is cooked in water and then grilled. The squid I ate today was cold and tasteless. The corn was still made from glutinous rice, which was not delicious at all. It was also too salty and the food was not delicious?

It's delicious, there is a self-service karaoke machine, the food is served very quickly, and the waiter will explain what the dish is.
