Over charge and double dipping! 1-Bag charge on paper bag..$.15 It's not plastic! Which is what the bag tax is for 2-tax on the food is permitted because they said it's taxed on the paper goods, not the food (so you are already charged tax on the bag)
I may have just paid $.15 and you say it's not that big of an impact... It's not until you look at the larger picture .. How many people come thru their doors that they double dip on?

Was on line trying to order food they had a problem with the register the manager came to fix it I told her to please take my order she said she would then after she finished she walked off bad customer service and the other employees just stand there and looked at me I walked out.

The hamburger was very tasty and a good size. The service was excellent. The only bad thing was that it seemed very expensive to pay 43 dollars for two hamburgers with fries and two medium sodas. The place was clean but people kept coming in to ask for money and you can't eat comfortably 😞 great blessings for those people who are homeless 😞

A medium whopper with cheese combo (with french fries and a Dr. Pepper) cost me $18.39, and they couldn't be bothered to add more than a literal sprinkle of lettuce onto an overcooked hockey puck of a burger patty. Go somewhere else, BK has hit rock bottom.

TLDR: microwaved my burger
I ordered the burger through the app. When I arrived I still waited five minutes. When I got my burger I thought it was a bit hot. When I opened the burger and touched it, the bottom was scalding hot that it burned me. It was obviously microwaved!! Completely outrageous! Cherry on top I paid for sauce and they didn’t give it to me
