Anxiety people that you get from people around is real.you don't have the fountain drinks because of people around the neighborhood so otherwise it's ok I recommend get a take out and eat at the hotel so you can enjoy it

My family and I were visiting San Francisco for a day and we just finished riding the cable cars and we decided to eat there since it was close and we were hungry
The service wasn’t bad nor the food but the overall atmosphere was rather sad The experience I had there was the worst and one that left me quite traumatized And that experience was….the restroom… They have two restrooms (one for staff and one for customers) The whole lock on the customer restroom door was so confusing to figure out that it would be on lock so you had to get an employee to open it and it was forming a line to go to the restroom When it came to my turn after a few minutes I hear banging on the door and someone trying to open it (I presume someone thought it was locked and thought nobody was inside so they got an employee cause no one else was behind me in the line at that time ) I kept screaming yes in hopes they would stop and it did thankfully but it left me very much scared and traumatized and my heart was beating very fast So I would not recommend going to this restroom unless you want to get a scare like I did There was also some homeless people roaming around in the place so I would not recommend cause outside looked cleaner and better

I live in the city of San Francisco and my wife and I comes to this Burger King quite a few times each month. We have been coming regularly for the past yr and I have never been to a restaurant that has the absolute worst customer service employees than this BK. I mean I don't ever write reviews about anyone or anything but this BK has made me think of them as the exception because it's that bad here. The Burger King that is located on Powell right off of Market St. I will never allow for myself or my wife to spend our money at this place because they don't deserve it.
