This place is a joke, the lady whom helped me the first time I ate here was nice, the second time I ate here the guy served me and was nothing but rude! He didn't even say hello, or good morning, just " What do you want? Check this out potna' I'm giving you my money and trying to support your business, but with an attitude like that. I'm glad I turned around and walked out!

Latte tasted like a drip coffee :(

Really good food and coffee. I got a club sandwich. I don't think the rating does this place justice, check it out! Also, a nice ambiance to eat in and they offer takeout.

Please improve your customer service and watch how you speak to your customers. Pretty good mocha though, thank you.

It is a cozy spot close to the Presido entrance. Walls are full of art from local artists, and they are for sale. Had a plain bagel with two eggs, cheese, and a sausage patty. Food was okay. Neighborhood is full of all kinds of shops, which is a plus.

The food is actually excellent, but I won't put up with the grumpy owner. The guy is flat-out RUDE! Not coming back!

The food and coffee is great once you get it but the customer service is extremely eh and on top of that I have been overcharged multiple times for my order. $17 for an egg sandwich and a bagel? Maybe i'm being stingy but the prices on the board dont match up with the prices that they tell you at the register even when you take tax into consideration. I really want to love this place but cant help but feel like i'm being ripped off everytime I walk in.

Totally rude with no greetings at all other than a terse “yes?” After waiting around and two attendants at the counter and no other customers…. I walked out

I love chai and great chai is hard to come by, let alone find. On a walking excursion, I came across a tiny cafe, almost so small I had to back track to be sure. Needing a pick me up, I saw chai on the menu and ordered one with the addition of 3 shots of espresso and oat milk - totaling $9.90. Luckily I had cash, with a card or Apple Pay less than $10 my total would have included a $0.69 transaction fee. I must admit, the amount paid was well worth it. My chai was exceptionally hot but not too hot, allowing me to partake immediately. The roast of the espresso was well balanced lacking any bitterness, complimenting the slightly spiced chai. The ratio of chai to water, sweetness level, presence of emphasized spice notes and a beautiful roast of espresso beans presented the most flavorful chai. There menu is quite expansive and prices reasonably priced. I will revisit when I am in the neighborhood again.

I went to this quaint cafe three weeks ago with a friend of mine. I ordered the meatball sub. I went back a week later and ordered it again. I brought it home and my son ate my sandwich. He liked it so much he went after school one day to get the meatball sandwich. I hope to try something else, but I can't seem to get past the meatball sandwich. I'm going there tomorrow to pick up two one for me and one for my son!

Extremely rude. I've given this place two tries. The owner (?) was rude the first time; I thought maybe the guy was having a bad day and decided to give them another shot. Came in and said hello. Same guy behind the counter barely looked up and said "gotta wait, we are busy." Wow, how about a "hello"??
