Caffe Greco is an adorable cafe in North Beach, known for its scrumptious pastries and delectable croissants. The Mocha is the perfect balance of sweetness and bitter cocoa. Customers feel transported to Europe with the cafe's spacious, friendly atmosphere and early opening hours starting at 7 am. The fantastic quality of the coffee, biscotti cookies, and desserts create an authentic European experience. The decor is very 1960s, and the space itself is huge with plenty of seats, including a nice outdoor area for sunny days. They offer a regular vanilla latte and hazelnut latte, both pretty good, along with a very flavorful lemon cake. The cafe only accepts cash, but there is an ATM on the premises. Parking can be difficult, but the place is ADA compliant and kid-friendly. Though there are occasional wifi connectivity issues, the coffee boys rule, making it a cool place to visit if you’re in the neighborhood.
