The service, neighborhood, community integration with current events reflected in their menu. Today I experienced a fusion of Italian Heritage Culture thru food in their special event menu as we watched the parade at a curbside table.
Delicious sandwich and amazing brown sugar latte. Highly recommend for light lunch and coffee.
Quiet atmosphere but I think seating limited during busy times like lunch time during the week day work week. I went on a Tuesday before 11:00am and there was seating readily available,

The matcha is really good and unsweetened, and the avocado toast has a perfect crispy texture with a nice flavor combination, often loaded with salmon, cream cheese, and greens. The best cappuccino is available, and the food is very good as always. The atmosphere and ambiance are extraordinary amazing, with delicious food and impeccable service. It is a great stop for tired legs and healthy eats. The service is fast, making it a decent place for a lunch with a friend near downtown.
