Caffe Greco was my mid-morning coffee stop one day in San Francisco. Loved the atmosphere and the gentleman behind the counter greeted me with a smile. I felt like he was happy that I was there. Place was packed and the Latte was fantastic!
Classic coffee shop at North Beach. Pleasant ambiance. Great place for people watching. Friendly staffs. Loved the Braziliana dessert. Relatively affordable overall (won't break the bank 😉).

Late night tiramisu!
It was really good tiramisu, no notes. Loved the sharpness of the espresso, the bottom was soaked just enough. Very creamy and delicious.
Though I was really surprised that it was cash only?? Just a heads up to bring enough cash!

Caffe Greco is an adorable cafe in North Beach, known for its scrumptious pastries and delectable croissants. The Mocha is the perfect balance of sweetness and bitter cocoa. Customers feel transported to Europe with the cafe's spacious, friendly atmosphere and early opening hours. The fantastic quality of the coffee, biscotti cookies, and desserts create an authentic European experience. The staff is super friendly and they are really fast turning around your order. It felt like a Tardis entering the cafe, with a lot more seating inside and outside too. This has always been the go to Tiramisu spot, and their espresso is orders of magnitude above the rest! Fabulous Cannoli, as well. This is a solid spot, open late, a good place to chit chat or people watch. The coffee is strong and good. This is a cash only establishment.
