Burger was good, meat was smashed and crisp. I asked for grilled onions and got raw, service could be more attentive.The associate was doing something at the register and did not acknowledge us until minutes later when she finished. Also had the organic vanilla soft serve, tasted quite like McDonald's. Cleanest burger place I've been to in SF.
We were visiting from LA and just felt like hamburgers and fries. The food was excellent, reasonable and the staff very nice. No frills. Big burger and lots of fries. I would definitely recommend.
