Chicken wings are good, featuring a crispy skin and savory flavor. However, they are a bit overrated for the amount of hype they receive.The true star of the menu, and what I highly recommend, is the pea shoots with garlic. They are cooked perfectly—tender-crisp and bursting with fresh, garlicky flavor.
