It was very busy on weekend but worth waiting for. We ordered Chongqing spicy beef noodle, beef tendon, Sichuan pork belly. Everything was so good. Beef tendon was worth to try. The spicy noodle was so good, the spiciness was perfect for me. The Sichuan pork belly, you need to it with rice, it was quite salty to eat it alone. The reataurant was small with few tables, so be patient.

As Chongqing noodle fan, I can say that this is not authentic. The Chongqing noodle was missing a numbing spice flavor that’s the soul of Chongqing noodle sauce. This is more personal preference - I prefer noodles that are softer so the fact that the noodle was not fully cooked and still hard when it’s served marks this even lower. Lamb skewer has too little meat on it, though the flavor was good. The cold dish: spicy tendon was ok! Service was good! There’s no wait on a weekday night. Overall, average.

Probably the most middling noodles I’ve ever had. Noodle soup didn’t have flavor, just tasted chili oil. The beef rib was good and the only redeeming factor. The chicken was all bones and no flavor. Usually the chicken is deboned as well. Service was ok. Overall, would not go again for this type of noodle.

Here you come to negotiate with the spice. Spicy Beef Noodle Soup is like a CEO in soup: dominant, profound, unafraid to leave a mark. It's very good for my first time, and I'm leaving with a full and happy stomach.

Exactly what you want when you're hungry for a quick szechuan fix - heaping fragrant bowls of spicy soups and all the traditional sides and starters you'd hope to find. Highly recommend the fish with mustard greens and the spicy bean jelly. Fast and friendly, such a pleasure to stop in!

Overrated and not authentic. Target audience is probably western tastebuds. If you’re not particularly discerning when it comes to Chinese food, you might like it

It was my first time eating here in San Francisco. I haven't actually been to Chongqing, China, so I don't know the local taste, but it was moderately spicy and delicious. The waiter wasn't the friendly type, but he was friendly. Since it's near Chinatown, it feels more like China than the US, so if you don't like that, it might not suit you. I ate Chongqing somen.

Went the day of Chinese parade in SF. Just walked in without searching the place up. We were immediately seated and service was pretty quick. Server helped us pick out their best vegetarian options. We got the Wuhan Spicy Noodle, vegetarian spring rolls, and the Bok Choy. The Bok Choy was grilled really well and had a great base to go with it. The spring rolls weren't too oily which can be a problem at many Chinese restaurants. The hit was definitely the Wuhan noodles. It came with chickpeas and an assortment of vegetables. It also had a really well blended numbing spice (probably Sichuan Pepper) that left a lasting impression. The serving size was perfect for 3 people but we also weren't extremely hungry when we walked in. Overall, it's a great hole in the all for some very well priced comfort noodles and dumplings.
Definitely my go to Chinese noodles in the city
