I have been going to this restaurant since I was a kid, and now I get takeout from this place almost every time I visit the city (I swear the Richmond has the best Chinese food). The salt and pepper pork is by far my favorite, but every dish I've had is so so good. The same lady (possibly the owner?) running the place has been there since I can remember and she's lovely!
The Mongolian beef fry is the best thing I have eaten! So so good! Staff are very friendly and helpful.
If you speak Mandarin, that's a plus!
