I was really blown away with my experience in this restaurant yesterday. A very well-deserved for a five-star rating and my highest recommendations. A very enjoyable experience. Highly recommended to everyone I know.

Seeing that this SF favorite of mine has closed just breaks my heart. I attended SFSU back in the late 90s and discovered this family run restaurant while living in the city. I was hoping that Franchinos would open a few days ago when sidewalk eating became acceptable for reopening. Until I called their number on Yelp. As a business owner myself, I fully understand why they closed. I just want to let the family know that they made a huge impact on our memories and won't be forgotten.
