This is an overdue review but deserving! I loved glu glu, the staff were very knowledgeable and also friendly, the food was amazing, and there was a good selection of wine. My friend and I shared a few items - potatoes, glu glu salad, Serrano ham sandwich, and chicken liver toast. All items were delicious but I think the star was the sandwich. Great location it's a little hidden past the warriors store . Amazing food . Tonight I had the shrimp cocktail and the sardine toast presentation on both dishes was beautiful . Shrimp cocktail with the organic butter and sauce was amazing . Sardine toast is also my favorite. House spritz is definitely a must try . The food was amazing that I had to order another portion to go and bring home and share !! I will definitely be back to try more items on the menu !! Service was A+++

Stopped in with my buddy before a Warriors game. Place is open, spacious and well lit so it's very inviting. We quickly found a seat at the bar for two about 20-30 min before game time. Ordered a few beers (great beer selection) and were sipping on drinks within 10 minutes of waking in the door. People sitting next us at bar were friendly and bartender (also part owner) was extremely helpful and attentive while we're there.
