Dinner Before Evening Flight We were flying SFO to PHX in July, and as our T3 departure gate was 74, we decided to drop into Gordon Biersch, right at that gate for dinner, as we would be arriving in Phoenix after 9:30pm. I can't speak for the dine-in portion of Gordon Biersch since I only visited their little take-out corner on the left side of the storefront. I was looking for a quick snack before my flight -- something sweet, something salty. They have a small variety of chips for $2-$3 which is not too shabby since they're a little bigger than your normal individual-serving size bags. It is just a restaurant like any other, the comment and review goes to the fact that at the moment of paying , Lina the waitress complained to us because we left as a GRATUITY , just 10 USD when our bill was 149.67 USD including taxes.Honestly she made us to feel so uncomfortable and following her complaint and attitude we gave her and extra 10USD in cash.Possibly she was in a terribly need, but GRATUITY IS GRATUITY, and no place has it as compulsory we have to pay it.Believe...read full review
