Hamburger Project offers a stunning experience, impressing guests with the knowledge and effort behind their hamburgers. Visitors can watch the process of making hamburgers, and the owner and co-worker make everyone feel comfortable. The smashburger is amazing, with crispy edges, melty cheese, crisp pickle, and a potato bun. Guests love adding a fried onion ring for extra crunch and enjoy the magical sauces, including a yuzu one and a burger aioli. A green hot sauce at the bench adds great flavor to the burger and fries. The wisconsin burger is everything wanted, albeit a bit greasy, with the taste spot on. The fries are salty and crispy, and guests wish for a milkshake to dip them into. Carlos is a welcoming and friendly waiter who makes super yummy burgers. This place is saved on the SF map for a return visit.
