Small boba shop at 3rd st. I just finished my lunch at next door restaurant and want to get something sweet and see this shop. The store is small and no seating area. It seems a the stuff bit unorganized. They have milk tea, fruit tea, snack and ice cream. They have couple topping option but no crystal boba.
I order lime and lemon with 30% sweetness and grass jelly topping. I almost never order milk tea at any boba tea shop.

Great place to come with the kids. Nice family run business. Food is delicious. Kids really like the spam musubi. My friend is a regular here and he always gets the combo where you get one drink and one jian bing one dollar off

Super tasty, speedy service - boba not too sweet like the other reviews mentioned. Serve amazing spam musubi and Beijing style savory crepes (highly recommend adding pickled veggies, eggs, making it spicy).

Just a very nice small business serving some proper, amazing food!
