Underated little boba place with yummy food too, I had the jian bing and it was yummy!! Great prices and nice staff. Little place to sit more of a to go place. Love it just wish they had egg pudding topping too!!
Love this place !!! My partner from Bandit introduced me to this spot and it’s so good !! I’ve only had it twice so far and my favorite is the Crème Brûlée milk tea ^_^ The owner is so sweet, helpful and very welcoming. I definitely need to try their savory crepes and rolled ice cream.

however, this place markets itself as a “creamery & tea” shop, and IMO it’s offering too much — a huge variety of ice cream, drinks, snacks. and unfortunately, while not bad, i don’t think the drinks/desserts here are as good as other boba...
