Hot Spud

This was one of our two choices at this amazing Food Court. Hubby and I chose this and one other restaurant and then shared and enjoyed it all. We got the Shrimp Spud which includes grilled shrimp, chipotle sauce, sauteed mushrooms, corn, green onion, cheese, and butter. It honestly sounded a bit strange at first, but also intriguing. We came here on a weekday evening and there was no line but the food still took a while to come out. Given the quality of the food it was worth it though. The food was very fresh and hearty. The potatoes are huge and there were a lot of toppings stacked on the potatoes. The chicken on the chicken spud was grilled and well-seasoned. The buffalo sauce tasted good. I can't believe I hadn't tried this place until now! I am slowly becoming obsessed with having a potato for lunch! I had the Shrimp Spud and it was so good! I couldn't believe how big the potato was, but I ended up finishing the whole thing! The Shrimp Spud includes: grilled shrimp, chipotle sauce, sautéed mushrooms, corn, and green onions (ordered mine without the onions). My only gripe would be the amount of shrimp that's given.
