Amazing Dan Dan noodle, tea smoked duck, the EGGPLANT of all things was like life-changingly good. Would recommend to anyone, it’s an unassuming place, accidentally went here while trying to go somewhere else a couple doors down and it was awesome

Pretty chill dumpling spot. It’s got nice food and a pretty tight atmosphere.

This is a good restaurant. It's not a fancy restaurant, just simple and delicious. The bathrooms are clean, the restaurant itself is clean and well kept.

We had to wait quite a while to be seated, and eventually had to go to the front ourselves just to ask if a server would be taking our order. We weren’t even offered water. The food took a long time to arrive, and when it finally did, it lacked any real flavor. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. Honestly, you’re better off biting the bullet and waiting to be seated at Nanking.

We were waiting outside for a table, the waiter asked us how big our group is and then offered a table to a group that cut in front of us.

On a whim, we're so glad we went! The portions were absolutely enormous (and utterly delicious!). Can't wait to go back again!

My husband and I come here every year for anniversary, the dumplings are divine and we can't wait till our next visit.
Do NOT go here. Super rude and deliberately asked for no pork and they gave me pork dumplings. Food is bland too. DAMN

Ordered dandan noodles and dumplings to go, waited almost an hour while the staff continually served other orders that came after ours. Reminded the staff several times that we were waiting even after our order was made but they continued to make us wait over half an hour. Some of the worst service I have received in San Francisco

We stopped by this little spot - more of a hole-in-the-wall than a full restaurant. Tried two kinds of shrimp dumplings: the first ones were great, kind of homemade-style with thick dough and tasty filling - really hit the spot. The second ones, the shumai, were a letdown: tiny, same price, but the filling tasted more like fish, and the little shrimp on top felt more like decoration. So, one type was delicious, the other… not so much

Food is great. Service is meh. Atmosphere is meh. Doesn’t matter because the food is so good. Spicy beef noodle soup here is always my first stop when visiting SF.

Some of the best simple homestyle dumplings in San Francisco. Like the pork and onion dumplings here are probably the best simple dumplings in chinatown. and surprisingly there's Sichuan style dishes and most are really good too although they will often substitute onions or garlic stems for cabbage in the recipes but its still tasty and the prices are really reasonable. Really love their 红油抄手 and chili wonton too
I am visiting from OC and wanted a true Chinatown foodie experience. I am so excited I came here and got to experience this. Genuinely made me feel like Anthony Bourdain with the level of flavor. If you come here you're coming for the hand pulled noodles and the dumplings. We got the orange chicken and it was pretty mid but the Spicy Beef Noodle Soup and the Pork dumplings in chili oil were to die for. I would genuinely eat this everyday if I could.
The noodles were perfectly cooked. They kept their bouncy texture all through the meal and soaked up the dynamite flavor of the broth. The beef was so tender and flavorful. I'll be dreaming of the broth and noodles tonight for certain.
The pork dumplings alone were cooked perfectly and burst with flavor (literally) with every bite. The addition of the chili oil was chefs kiss. Best dimsum I've ever had.
Thank you San Francisco for stealing my foodie heart. I'll never forget this experience. Love love love!
