Kabuto is the best sushi restaurant in San Francisco. Hands down a great hidden gem! I was recommended to go here and was so impressed with the complex flavors. I highly recommend the Hamachi Pear, Ceviche, and Spicy Tuna roll.

I’ll be thinking of these flavors for a long time!

I wish I could give more stars! The service was amazing- reminded me of Japan, so hospitable. The sushi was amazing- so fresh and the rice was prepared perfectly. We had hot tea- it was also extremely delicious. 🤤

Great news - Kabuto is still awesome! This used to be my favorite sushi place in SF about a decade ago. My gluttony has since expanded its scope (hahaha), but sometimes you CAN go home again. I was shocked that Eric Cho (the owner), who doesn't seem to have aged a day, recognized me. We ordered the Omakase because it's only $99 here and I trust the chefs to serve their best fish of the day. One of the things I've always loved about Kabuto is that this place was...
