Le Soleil offers the best Food Experience. The food is presented in a very unique and delicious way. The presentation is amazing visually and it is a gastronomical treat. Their egg roll, chicken lollipop and garlic noodles with crab is amazing. The service is friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is very clean and it is nicely decorated.
The dishes are good but a little too salty.
Delicious fusion cuisine! Portions were a bit smaller than expected, but the menu has so many incredible dishes, I'll be back to try them all with a larger group!

Le Soleil Stonestown is a real gem, offering delicious fusion cuisine and fantastic food with great service. The menu is broad enough to go again and again and not have the same thing twice. Portions were a bit smaller than expected, but the menu has so many incredible dishes. The tiger prawns are some of the best, and the blue prawn agua chile was insanely flavorful. The pho risotto was a favorite, and the crab & garlic noodles did not disappoint. The chao bo dish with chicken was loved, and the tofu in the fresh rolls was a surprise. The mushrooms carried strong umami flavor, and even the house pickles surprised by using bitter melon. The only letdown was the short ribs, meat was kinda chewy and the sauce wasn’t as flavorful as it could have been. For a U.S mall, Le Soleil was still able to bring in that standalone restaurant vibe. Staff were very friendly and attentive despite a packed house. The atmosphere was perfect thanks to a fantastic playlist. The desserts are BOMB. A special lunch menu is exclusive to the Stonestown location. Highly recommend.
