One of our favorite restaurants in the Richmond. I wish we'd taken pictures of our dishes because they were so beautifully plated. Lamb chops were cooked perfectly as were the short ribs. My favorite dish of the night was a pumpkin and yogurt seasonal small plate. Service here is always excellent. Extra credit for seating us indoors even though our reservation was for outside. Book early!

I've never seen so many headless turkeys in my life. Bless that one server that is singlehandedly carrying the entire restaurant. She must be able to deadlift 1000 lbs without breaking a sweat. I've never had it so difficult to grab a waiter's attention. No one is working????

Service aside, food is comforting and simple. Nothing wild. Probably not worth the price tag.

Overall, my experience that day was horrible and I'm never coming back.

We had a wonderful dinner at Lokma last night. The food was delicious and well prepared, the service was top notch and the atmosphere is lovely - a nice quiet spot for a scrumptious meal! Thank you Lokma! We will be back to see you!

This Turkish restaurant is the best. Me and my friend stopped by for breakfast and that was the best decision we made. The service was excellent, the breakfast was superb and the atmosphere was amazing. It was Saturday morning but as soon as they opened around 9:30 am the place filled up really quickly. That speaks volume. The breakfast for two is more than enough food.

Authentic Turkish Flavors with a Cozy Vibe!
Lokma is an amazing spot in San Francisco for authentic Turkish and Mediterranean food. The ambience is warm, modern, and inviting — perfect for brunch or dinner. The dishes are beautifully presented and full of flavor — from the juicy kebabs to the freshly baked bread and delicious mezes. The service is attentive and friendly, and everything tastes fresh and homemade. Their Turkish coffee and desserts are a must-try! A perfect blend of great food, great service, and great atmosphere — highly recommended!

It was ok. Nothing that blew me away. The fish was bland. The service was alright.

Meh...very average experience. Had the spreads which were good, a salad which I thought was overdressed, short ribs that were overcooked and slightly dry and the chicken which was the best dish. Dessert was Baklava and that was OK but super small. Kinda blah overall.

The food at this Turkish restaurant was absolutely excellent, everything tasted amazing. The portions were on the smaller side and a bit pricey, but the flavors really made up for it. Service was good as well. Just a small note: for groups of six or more, there’s an automatic 20% service charge added to the bill.

I got the veggie pita. Basically an entire avocado in pita lmao. Definitely not worth the money. However the atmosphere was great, service was great, loved the logo. Their other food looked amazing and definitely worth the price though, I will be back to try it.

Been coming here for a long time. Really great Turkish food. Can’t go wrong with anything but the clotted cream and honey is a favorite!

We have been going to Lokma since it opened a few years back, but lately we go there at least once a week for either a weekday lunch or a Friday dinner. We have grown to know all the servers and have tried most things on the menu. We absolutely love the food (especially all the starters, you really cannot go wrong with any!) and feel at home whenever we dine there. We are so happy to have this gem walking distance from our house. Here is to many more years of Lokma!

So disappointed. The food was overpriced with small portions and just okay in taste. The staff was mostly rude — only the server was nice and communicative. The host and runners were not friendly at all, and the host even replied with attitude when we asked questions. Definitely not worth the price or experience.
