Fabulous food, expertly prepared, beautiful presentation and served by friendly staff. We had the guacamole, quesa-birria and chipotle chicken and all were amazing. Recommending to all our friends!
We had ceviche, pollo en mole, carnitas, and vegan enchiladas with a side of rajas. Everyone was happy. The mole was especially good--rich and subtle--and the rajas were perfect, as were the guacamole and the hand-made tortillas, both clearly made minutes before they hit our table. The overall vibe is calm and unpretentious--very clean, with comfortable seats, no loud music, and the nicest paper napkins I've ever seen. Good service that didn't rush us to leave. We happened on this place on a nostalgia tour of San Fransisco and it was certainly a highlight. Great neighborhood restaurant with fun atmosphere, and yummy Mexican food. We had the guacamole, cheese enchiladas with chicken and breakfast scramble with chorizo. Very fun!
