Food is consistent. Service at this store socks! Mobile orders use a different windows which is poorly staffed. My shake was melted by the time someone showed up. After seeing my order on my phone, the person asks my name before they will give my order. There are several irritating people around me and this questioning just slows the process down. Very poor behaviors on the part of the staff.

Totally love this location. Very kind and helpful staff. Patient and proactive at keeping out disorderly people in a respectful manner. Clean establishment with routine cleaning. Restroom and sitting area style lounge on a level above accessible by stairs and elevator. Clean restroom safe. Few streets over from Apple store, capitol one Cafe, Powell Cable car boarding, and Bart, Union Square, Dragon Gate entrance into China town. Has a seating area with glass wall for viewing passers-by. Nice hotels. My favorite McDonald's location of the heart of San Francisco.Kid-friendliness: Great place for bench bench like seating for families with small kids.

They treat people badly and even more so if you don't speak English, I think they should hire staff with education and another thing, what a shame that the staff no longer wants to serve since everything is online, there are older adults who don't know how and those who serve get upset with the customers if they don't. You know how to make your order, I think instead of going up they go down, what a shame for McDonald's.

It's the very old style McDonald’s building but the have always been very good with food and service. Unbeliever they are building a new building in the plaza where Stop & Shop is located.

I ordered through the app, and unfortunately, it closed. Opened back up the app and tried to get my burger I ordered, but it didn't bring up my order. I literally saw my burger sitting on a rack. The staff told me to wait in the mobile order area. I waited for about 5 to 6 minutes and finally decided to ask someone else for help getting my food. Got my food and got out of there. I recommend placing your order in person or the kiosk. Otherwise, you may be waiting a while.

The employees speak Spanish and are very friendly and you can ask about the promotions that are not listed on the screens.
