Totally love this location. Very kind and helpful staff. Patient and proactive at keeping out disorderly people in a respectful manner. Clean establishment with routine cleaning. Restroom and sitting area style lounge on a level above accessible by stairs and elevator. Clean restroom safe. Few streets over from Apple store, capitol one Cafe, Powell Cable car boarding, and Bart, Union Square, Dragon Gate entrance into China town. It's the very old style McDonald’s building but the have always been very good with food and service. Unbeliever they are building a new building in the plaza where Stop & Shop is located.

Food is consistent. Service at this store socks! Mobile orders use a different windows which is poorly staffed. My shake was melted by the time someone showed up. After seeing my order on my phone, the person asks my name before they will give my order. There are several irritating people around me and this questioning just slows the process down. Very poor behaviors on the part of the staff.
