Went to the bar for a couple of drinks. Jaime the bartender was really good and fun to interact with!
The next morning we went for brunch and the food was pretty good. Ben our server was very friendly and attentive.
Salmon - dry and hard, very disappointed

Excellent bar, attentive and knowledgeable staff, Phil and Jaime were very friendly. Knowledgeable and courteous, highly recommend.

OneUp Restaurant & Lounge is a popular spot for a late-night dinner or a quick drink. The food is delicious, and the service is exceptional. Despite occasional long wait times, the restaurant is a great spot to grab a bite or a drink, especially for Hyatt guests who can receive a discount.
The cocktails are enjoyable, with a sense of luxury, and the service is friendly and attentive. While the margarita features pre-mixed ingredients, the cocktails are generally well-made. The bar is a good place to sit and watch the bartenders at work, and the cocktails taste good.
