I wouldn't know how the food or atmosphere was because they closed before they said they were closed. I drove like a man man on terrible streets just to get to a place that lies and says they're open till midnight but they're actually closed before midnight. I don't know when they actually close but I was there 10 minutes for midnight and it was closed and nobody was there and all I wanted was some french fries and a cup of coffee.If you're going to be open until 11:50, then you should state that on your website people count on the times being accurate. This ruined my evening I could have went the opposite direction to another McDonald's that was open until midnight.

Place was clean, packed in a nice manner, and speed as expected- was fast.Only issue I found was, and it is somewhat unfair of me so to rate... But there was an unsavory character who appeared disgruntled and smelled, very badly near the line area who cut in front of me to make a complaint. Appeared belligerent, and after ordering got into my space to continue his complaint (additionally thereafter) and tried to make it bigger than what it was.It seemingly looked as if he was trying to make himself a victim, even scanning around for public sympathy(?).I don't think there is a way to remedy this, or a way to find a way to prevent this unfortunately. It is McDonald's.The only thing that I could see would be her informing him, or anyone for that matter- that the complaint was registered and informed to the other person he was talking about.However it was busy, she was busy, and the issue was minuit/small and didn't warrant such high priority.Lacks parking.

It's a McDonald's in downtown SF do there's definitely a lot going on at the location. On a weekend or a sunny day there's a lot of characters to deal with but the place is pretty much always well staffed and do a lot to keep it from going crazy. I love McDonald's so it'll kinda always get a good score unless the staff is a mess. Staff here solid. Hit to the score because of the surrounding environment.

Too many ghetto situations going on and tolerated inside. They simply just let these people do whatever they want. Every single one of the 30+ tables was taken by young hoodlums and NONE not ONE of them were even eating or had purchased anything. So couldn't even find a place to sit down and eat. There was a big commotion going on too because apparently someone got locked in the bathroom. They kept yelling at the employees. There's somebody locked in the bathroom. My brother's locked in the bathroom. My friend is locked in the bathroom. Took him 10 or more minutes. The whole time I was standing there waiting for my food to finally do something about it and unlock the door to let him out. It's just really gross and dirty and overrun by hoods.
