Too many ghetto situations going on and tolerated inside. They simply just let these people do whatever they want. Every single one of the 30+ tables was taken by young hoodlums and NONE not ONE of them were even eating or had purchased anything. So couldn't even find a place to sit down and eat. Once you navigate the crowd of people using drugs outside and get inside past the bathrooms which are always in a state of let's just say complete chaos from people using drugs in there. It's ok. McDonald's in general is going downhill both in quality and major price hikes. We really only go in October to get the kids their boo buckets.

It's a McDonald's in downtown SF do there's definitely a lot going on at the location. On a weekend or a sunny day there's a lot of characters to deal with but the place is pretty much always well staffed and do a lot to keep it from going crazy. I love McDonald's so it'll kinda always get a good score unless the staff is a mess. Staff here solid. Hit to the score because of the surrounding environment.
