Great people, came to pick up and realized I ordered for the wrong location. Staff quickly offered to remake it no charge.
Acai is on the creamier side so they add some kind of emulsifier which I'm ok with it's kinda, like a sorbet vs traditional acai (I'm not opposed to it!)

Muse Juice Bar is a spot with great people and kind, helpful staff. The açaí bowls are unreal, with fresh, perfectly ripe fruits and smooth purees that are not icy. The acai is on the creamier side, like a sorbet. Smoothies are great, and anything can be customized with order ahead available. The mint chocolate chip smoothie with extra spinach and extra cocao nibs is perfect. The food is fresh, healthy, and reasonably priced, and extra toppings are not charged. It can get crowded being such a small space, and it is pretty pricey, but worth it. There are plugs, but it is not great for sitting super long. Muse is a gem.
