Came for weekend lunch and had a mixed experience; we won’t be back. The sushi was good, particularly the roll. The Thai tea was fine but the boba was the worst I’ve ever had, and that includes the microwave-at-home kind. The crispy rice chicken bowl was nicely roasted but super bland. Service was adequate but they forgot the miso soup included with our meals, had to ask. The lunch special at $15 was a good value, but not really worth it when the food just isn’t that good....
To me, this is one of those places where Happy Hour is truly, happy.
The food are great. The skewers are fantastic. Honestly, the best I've tried so far in SF. But again, everybody has different taste buds, so decide on yourself.
Not only the happy hour menu are great, but the regular menu too. I remember we've gotten the risotto, and the sukiyaki as well, they're both so good.
This place is definitely worth a repeat visit.
This place is my new favorite happy hour place. Tried it on a Monday and the fish was fresh and the price was great. $1 salmon sushi. I normally never spend less than $40 before tax and tip when I got out for sushi but it was under $30 for tax and tip included. I ended up going back later that same week to take advantage of their $15 lunch special which was so filling. I recommend it. Great value!
