Copra Reviews
Our experience at Copra was memorable due to the high quality and creativity of the food and excellent personal service. Everything we ordered felt like a labor of love from the kitchen, and our server Antonio was warm, helpful, and a true professional. The dosa and accompaniments and the rasam poori were just so much fun to eat, so flavorful and surprising. We especially loved the bone marrow, with plenty of parotta to dredge in the gravy - decadent and delicious. "VOD" vegetables...read full review
We visited Copra for the Onam Sadhya meal on 8/30 and it exceeded expectations. The variety of food was exceptional and tasted just like it would have in India. This wasn't my first time at Copra and I have always had a great experience there!
Good food, but the atmosphere fell short on my second visit to Copra. The menu has evolved, but our corner was so uncomfortably cold that it overshadowed the meal for our table and others nearby. Seated anywhere else, this easily would have been a 4-star experience.

Copra is a unique and intentional restaurant with an airy atmosphere that transports diners to another world. The menu features a range of delicious and expertly prepared dishes, including the tangy cauliflower curry, rich and balanced lamb shoulder, and crispy fried chicken. Standout dishes include the Konkan Crab Curry, Gunpowder Vadai, and the must-try mutton shoulder. The variety of flavors makes it a great place for those who do not typically eat Indian food but want to try it. The service is warm and attentive, with servers happy to explain each dish and help with menu choices. Some reviews mention that the service can feel a bit hurried at times, but the overall experience is exceptional. Diners have praised the tender lamb, smoky mackerel, and vibrant spicy shrimp, along with generous portion sizes. While some dishes may be a bit dry or tough, like the large beef dish, the chicken kori gassi curry and lamb shoulder are noted for their balance and consistency. With superlative food, excellent cocktails, and a beautiful ambiance featuring soaring ceilings and lush greenery, diners will find themselves eager to return.
