I always like to get the spicy beef noddles. I specifically get the rice noddles. Occasionally they get my order wrong. The biang biang noodles caught my eye while we walked around the food court looking for something to eat. You are able to choose cabbage or bean sprouts but I didn't want either, but in retrospect the cabbage is a good way to cut the spice level. Also without either one, the presentation is terrible. Even a couple of green onions would go a long way! I believe they make it to order since it took an unusually long time considering I was the only one waiting and just for one item....read full review

I loved this place at the Oakridge Mall, I can't believe it closed!! The soup was amazing and unlike anything I have ever tasted. I especially loved the chili oil that was served alongside the dumplings.
