This has become our go-to cake for our birthdays, and we love it! The chocolate imperial cake is our favorite and it is a chocoholics dream. I never share it with anyone because it so darn tasty!It is pricier than a lot of other cake places, but well worth the money for a special occasion.

I had the most fabulous birthday dinner here. It felt classy, upscale, and special without being stuffy. The tablecloth, to the exquisite plating and shimmering cocktail glasses made it feel intimate and celebratory. It's dimly lit with a beautiful interior, and nicely calm and quiet. I really appreciated this as I was able to have a good conversation with my date. Our waiter, Devon, was wonderful. From the moment we walked in he greeted us warmly, and checked on us a perfect amount of times throughout the evening. Devon made excellent menu, wine, and cocktail recommendations. He was very experienced, leaving us alone to talk when we were in the middle of an intense conversation, but always dropping by when needed to see if we were doing well. We spent two nice hours and didn't feel rushed at all. We both ordered the three course meal and left absolutely satisfied. I had the octopus salad, which was crisp and fresh yet filling. The soft octopus with the creamy burrata and bright tomatoes was a delicious pairing. My date got the onion tart and it was insanely good, with a flaky crust, flavorful mushrooms and caramelized onions. We both got the steak for our main course, with the most buttery scalloped potatoes. The steak was beautiful, served with a shishito pepper and garlic. I had a delicious glass of Cabernet, champagne, a basil-gin martini and a mezcal cocktail throughout the two hours of our dinner. The dessert was good, and they brought out an extra pastry from One65 with a candle since it was my birthday. I felt very special. I will absolutely come here again and would recommend to anyone.

Very friendly and attentive staff, modern/chill/relaxing atmosphere. Everything looks sophisticated and nice. Tried vanilla and chocolate flans and some cute chocolate. Flans texture can be a bit harder. Taste of the vanilla one is good, chocolate one can be a bit bitter and less sweet, with less cocoa powder on top. Chocolates are super well shaped/decorated, taste is average.

We love everything about One65 but this was our first Bistro visit. Impeccable, relaxed, attentive service. They offer a choice of seating, either in the dining room or at the counter overlooking the culinary crew, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Food was artfully and perfectly prepared. Sommelier service magnificent. We will return for more!

ONE65 is a hidden gem. They offer something for everyone. We were 7, we ordered loads of small plates & 2 dinners. Just wanted to try it all. Nice surprises! Great cocktails! We'll be back!

C'est deux fois plus cher que du Pierre Hermé (à Paris) et c'est 4 fois moins bon. L'esthétique ne reflète malheureusement pas l'expérience gustative. Grosse frustration.
