Osito Reviews
great awesome foods! All of their staffs are very friendly and very good place.
A must for anyone who enjoys delicious live fire cooking. There is literally no stove and no oven. Everything is prepared over live fire right in front of you. Every detail, every dish, every serving piece has been thoughtfully planned. The tasting menu for January features wild fowl. For February it’s seafood. A true gem for The Mission district in San Fransisco. Chef Seth God bless you my friend. You got this!

Menu
Osito is a true gem, offering inventive and tasty food in a cozy atmosphere. The restaurant features an open kitchen, where the smell of the fire adds to the ambiance. Chef Seth Stowaway personally explains each course, bringing passion and thought to every dish. The menu offers a variety of options, including a refreshing salad, chicken fried beef tongue, and the standout crab claypot rice, known for its crispy rice and sweet crab meat. While some dishes shine, like the Don Watson Slow Cooked Lamb, others, such as the pork crackling salad, may disappoint due to tough pieces. The service can be inconsistent, with some guests noting inattentive staff. However, the wine pairing is well-balanced, though it is advisable to pre-order for the best experience. Osito boasts all-gender bathrooms and a diverse menu, making it a welcoming spot for all diners. Overall, the atmosphere and food create a memorable dining experience, enhanced by the energy of Chef Seth and his team.
