I'm always in search of that bakery that makes you crave for more. That bakery where you can sense the love and quality. That bakery that has that balance of flavors and innovative combinations, beyond the typical bakery selection. We found Pacific Smoke on a whim, since it was right near my hotel. My work holiday party used Pacific Smoke as caterer, provided them a budget and they suggested a lovely menu item including their BBQ meats like bbq chicken and pork ribs. The meats were flavorful, tender, and so delicious. We also had red rice which looked like Spanish rice or curried rice and it was perfectly cooked - not too dry as I was afraid it might be. One of the finest hidden gems in the Bay. Everything from the bakery is a must try! There's no wrong choice from their corn bread, cookies, mochi muffins, or banana bread. Plus, I really love how they bring to the forefront the very best of Pacific Asian cuisine in their specials of the day. They take pride in Islander food and it shows in every dish.
