Food was made quickly but it had no pizazz . I had a sausage and egg on a croissant . The sausage was a patty and they didn't cut it to give a better fit, just stuck the patty between the croissant. Sorry Panera you can do better.
Hung out here and ate/read for about an hour after I missed my Caltrain back home. :) I ordered the usual Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich. It was all right — could have included a bit more chicken salad. Staff was courteous and offered to take my tray away when I was finished. The only distracting aspect about my stay here was that someone was sleeping right by me.
I walked in the store .specified my order ,payed for my order then another guy walked in and instead of cutting me the cinnamon roll I ,payed for the cashier decided to ring up another customer and make me wait for after his order...then as im.waiting another "employee" says is there anything i can help you with do.you have any questions..as if I'm loitering ...I'm like yes i need my purchace..then when i get to work i realize they have me the wrong order i called and told them of the mistake.and they blamed me for it and offered me a 4.00 $ voucher.my purchase was like 19 dollars...smh..terrible location. I'm inconvenienced and feel like i was cheated.i will call corporate. Also a company making all this money should invest in a spatula so they won't have to put their hand all on the cinnamon rolls and crush them.causing additional dissatisfaction...
Just started going here.Food is always fresh. Employees are always friendly in the morning. Especially a young lady there named Angela. She is always so friendly and happy in the mornings. This is a great place to start the morning.
Best get away spot for good eats, a good private booth, and to charge up !
I love this place! Quick and good food.
This place has sit-stand tables, which is great!
Delicious as usual. Got the Greek salad. Large and filling. I love vinegary things so the garlic vinegar dressing was perfect. Will continue to order here.
Very decent fast food option. The service is quick and the place is usually not too crowded. Also close by the Caltrain so it is a great place to get a quick bite if you are coming in and out of the city in a rush. The food is also pretty good and they have a decent variety of options.
Extensive menu and competitive prices. However not at this location any longer. ?

Great vast space equipped with electricity plugs and comfy seats. Healthy food options mostly suitable for breakfast and lunch. There is also a good variety of fresh bread.
I the food was ok, I'd have to say the only thing I liked about my food was the high tea, I had the baja mac and cheese, and you can taste that it was frozen and reheated, it is what it is, dont really think that the price was worth the food.
Good food, as usual. Ambience is not bad given the location. Love the self service kiosks!
Good quality fast-food in very convenient location at Caltrain Station. Great for waiting for the train. Could be cleaner (not saying it is dirty here, just that could be cleaner)
Worst Panera I have ever been to. Service was slow. Food was made sloppy. And we had a homeless man run into us with his push cart and then get mad because we were in his way. Next time we are in town. We will go anywhere else.
