I've never felt so uncomfortable in rushed. The manager says good morning 5 to 6 times while I'm trying to talk to a friend with nobody behind me in line. For god sakes lady let me get a cup of coffee and relax I don't work for you. I can definitely tell this Pete's has a hostile work environment just like the one on market terrible you've lost a customer forever.

Good coffee.
Service was incredibly bad. 1. Unfriendly and unwelcoming attitude. 2. Blank stares when I asked a question (twice). 3. Order never appeared and I had to interrupt the barista to get what I ordered. And they were NOT happy about being interrupted. 4. Shop was dirty and disorganized. I'm a huge Peet's fan. But avoid this location at all costs.

Coffee is like warm and they can’t make it hotter
Delicious nutty undertones to my Americano w/ splash of unsweetened oatmilk. Staff were so sweet and accommodating. Was unfortunately very quiet (when the coffee was so good) when we went on a Saturday morning.

Suzanne was a delight and her cold brew oat latte recommendation was amazing. I’m straying away from Starbucks and their helpful staff left a good impression. I’ll be back for sure!
