I think the Barrista's name is Marzo. Super kind, gregarious young man. The coffee was strong as usual, not weak the way SanFrancican's like it. Marzo offered to water it down a bit for me; so kind. The pastry was fresh & delicious and I picked at it while chatting w/ bartista. Now the cons: bathroom was clean-ish. Okay. Even though there was a 'sharps disposal' they lacked a sanitary napkins and condom dispenser. So, only partly "woke". Don't do the right thing cuz it's mandated,...read full review
Doing the best they can considering the horrific conditions outside. Homeless doing drugs, directly outside the door. Employees are wonderful. The coffee is great… it’s nice to have somewhere safe to sit down and relax after walking through the mission and being completely disgusted by the conditions of this city.

Convenient corner location with doors on both Mission and 10th. Space has large wood table and counters on either side including looking out the window. Baristas are friendly and seem to know what they’re doing. Peet’s coffee is tasting very mid since they’ve gone corporate with dark roasts. Peet’s app is good and often has good deals and rewards program.
