It's a small Peets in a mall parking lot. The outside seating can be noisy and unsettling.

Baristas were rude and seemed irritated even though I was the only customer in line. Maybe there was just a rush or something but they all seemed to have attitude. My drink was made wrong and wasn’t filled enough. I heard the service wasn’t great at this store and I guess it’s true.

I ordered a turkey bacon sandwich but it looked off when I got my order I opened it then saw that there's no turkey and no bacon like do the employees not see there's missing ingredients

The person who I assume is the day shift manager was super rude to me. I asked the cashier for a small cup of crushed iced and said I could pay for it. She said it was fine and was going to get me ice when the manager questioned her about my request. At that point the manager said no she couldn’t do that. I said I would pay for it she said there was no way to ring that up and that her ice was limited. I said, “Is that why my frappe is watery because that’s why I asking for the ice??” That’s when she allowed the cashier to give me the cup of ice. Racist & rude.

Remodel looks great, and I enjoyed my Black Tie. However, I asked a white female barista for napkins and she rudely said no. It’s fine if she didn’t have napkins, but she had a poor attitude and didn’t offer any resolution. In our limited interaction, she made me feel like such an inconvenience for asking. Don’t be a barista if you don’t want to help customers.I then asked another POC female barista who kindly said she had no napkins but offered a paper towel. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name, but her kindness and effort are why this place has 3 stars instead of 1-2.

As with all Peet's Coffee shops, the coffee is great, and the people are fantastic!Vegetarian options: Their are plant based food and drinks. I prefer the oatmilk in my mochaParking: It didn't take too long to find a parking spot. There was a high turn over. Lots of people arriving and leaving.Dietary restrictions: Plant based choices

The baristas need to pay attention with the orders. I ordered dark chocolate mocha, I didn't tasted -nothing chocolate!!! And the frittata, it was cold inside

Quality is great, just don't know why I couldn't receive a flat lid. The barista said " it will overflow " but I only ordered a medium iced dark chocolate mocha with a add shot. Sounds ridiculous to complain about but come on, " over flow " lol Portioning maybe? Besides that, it's an okay location, customer service could be a little better.

The person Noah I encountered at the establishment was very rude, displaying a negative attitude and acting sassy towards me. I didn't come to this place to have a negative experience. Despite this, I decided to give it another chance and placed an order for food along with some coffees and lattes. Surprisingly, the lattes were served to us within five minutes, but the food was still not ready. Feeling frustrated, my companion and I decided to go ahead and enjoy our coffee while waiting. However, even after finishing our coffee, the food still hadn't arrived. At this point, I approached the staff and requested a discount for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the person I spoke to responded with an attitude, questioning why I would order another coffee if I was unhappy with the service. I explained that I finished my coffee and wanted to enjoy my meal along with it. Although it was late, I preferred to eat with my drink and I didn't appreciate their negative response when I simply asked for a discount. On a positive note, I would like to mention that Madi provided excellent service during my visit
