Recently, my friend and I dined at your restaurant and experienced a few issues that I feel warrant attention. Firstly, while my friend was still eating, a server removed my plate and a side dish without asking if it was okay. This action was inappropriate, as it is generally courteous to wait until all diners have finished before clearing the table. Watier was wonderful - attentive and open with his suggestions, but didn't hover. Knowledgeable and all staff who served were wonderful. Everything we ordered (shared w/ my husband) we loved and would order again. Especially the chocolate cake. Oh, my!!! The only downside (not downside) was they didn't do anything for my husband's birthday, not even a candle on the desserts we bought and happily paid for. That was a tad disappointing. All five of us were happy with our meal. My pappardelle and the marinade olives were delicious . Followed by an exquisite dark chocolate cake. Besides the meal our service was excellent. Always a good time at Perbacco.Thank you for a great time.
