It’s very cozy, clean, and in a prime location in the financial district. The service is fast and unobtrusive. I love Asian soups, but I made a bit of a mistake with my choice this time—I ordered the chicken soup, and the chicken was just like standard American chicken; it wasn't very flavorful compared to Ukrainian or Cypriot chicken. I should have gone for the beef soup. Still, it was pretty good overall. I recommend it.

Clean and comforting is correct! I ordered the number 9 Pho Ga, chicken noodle soup and G, fresh spring rolls, with grilled pork and shrimp. The service was stellar, thank you to the server for recommending these popular dishes. They also pointed out that I could do a half-order of the spring rolls which was perfect since I was eating by myself. The appetizer was nice with the peanut sauce, well made. Turtle Tower is a beautiful spot in a great location in the FiDi, convenient to the hotels near the Ferry building. It is a family owned and run establishment with a vibrant and fun vibe, where the staff are nice, always smiling, and attentive, treating you like family. The ambiance is great.
The restaurant serves solid Northern Style pho, which is important to know as the style and flavor are different. The food is incredibly delicious, made with the freshest, high-quality ingredients and packed with flavor. The chicken pho is a must, with an amazing, clean, and rich broth that will warm your soul. The pan fried noodles with beef broth is also a favorite, described as very flavorful comfort food. Other recommended dishes include the spring rolls, imperial rolls, papaya salad, and the bun cha Hanoi. Portion sizes are generous.
