I understand they have a lot of doordash orders, but the in store experience is nearly horrible, I had to wait with no receipt number, everything is slow for in store orders, and they forgot to give me sauce packets while I saw they made sure those are included for deliveries.

My online order was prepared within 20 minutes of submitting it at 6 PM, but the pick-up line moved pretty slowly. They also forgot 2 of the 5 entrees I ordered, and the app chatbot only offered a $3 refund, but fortunately Popeyes support was very reasonable and offered $15 for my next visit. The food that I did get was prepared perfectly.Vegetarian options: There's not many vegetarian options on the menu, as it's all based on chicken. You could eat sides like mac and cheese.Dietary restrictions: The kitchen is small so no guarantees about cross contact. I wouldn't go near here if I was very allergic to gluten. I have a mild dairy sensitivity and was fine.Parking: The parking lot always has spots available, which is surprising for the cityWheelchair accessibility: The tables are a few steps above the main floor, so they're inaccessible, but everything else is at floor level. There are gentle wheelchair ramps in the parking lot. The entrance door is not power operated.

I got takeout from Popeyes using Uber Eats, expecting a super spicy and tasty meal. But, sadly, it didn't turn out as I hoped.I ordered 6 Ghost Pepper Wings and 8 Spicy Signature Chicken pieces, with coleslaw and a small Coca-Cola®. I was really looking forward to the spicy wings and chicken, but they weren't spicy at all. It felt like they forgot to add any spice. As someone who loves spicy food, it was a big disappointment.The 8-piece Spicy Signature Chicken wasn't as exciting as it sounds. It was dry and not very flavorful. I was hoping for a bold and tasty experience, but it didn't happen. Overall, the meal didn't live up to my expectations, and it left me wanting more flavor.

I mean they charge you $1 extra and I could barely taste the Truffle mayo.I had the spicy chicken sandwich, still one of my favorite fried chicken sandwiches...just wish they had more truffle mayo.Also, which my sandwich was fried to order instead of just an old fried sandwich they added mayo to.Great rice and beans and the sweet tea is still great.

These people always want higher pay but can’t even do a simple task. I order 3pc chicken tenders with fries and sweet tea. How I end up with 3pc fried chicken with rice and beans. Where’s the biscuit?! Didn’t even give me my sweet tea. Then again it’s my fault for not checking my order before leaving, when I know these people are incompetent.
