My online order was prepared within 20 minutes of submitting it at 6 PM, but the pick-up line moved pretty slowly. They also forgot 2 of the 5 entrees I ordered, and the app chatbot only offered a $3 refund, but fortunately Popeyes support was very reasonable and offered $15 for my next visit. I got takeout from Popeyes using Uber Eats, expecting a super spicy and tasty meal. But, sadly, it didn't turn out as I hoped.I ordered 6 Ghost Pepper Wings and 8 Spicy Signature Chicken pieces, with coleslaw and a small Coca-Cola®. I was really looking forward to the spicy wings and chicken, but they weren't spicy at all. It felt like they forgot to add any spice. It's as if something missing from my order is done on purpose. Example:No chicken? But two biscuits. I thought it was because of delivery order but experienced the same each time for pickup orders.
