The portion sizes and meat quality were quite good, but the broth lacks authentic spices. The place seems understaffed and it took a lot of effort to get the attention of a waiter for water or the bill.
Parking: You can usually find parking within two blocks if you're in a smaller car
Wheelchair accessibility: There are no steps nor ramps to contend with. The door is manually operated. There is adequate space to wheel between tables.

We visited on a Thursday night. The place wasn't busy.
Food is delicious. Portions are large. We ordered medium size, and it was more than i expected. Food came out really fast. Low key place.

Food is good and hearty. Basic and traditional fare. Staff was nice. It's definitely not cutting edge cuisine or atmosphere.

What a horror! Deplorable service, very bad food, excessive prices, not a smile, a real shame, don't set foot there!

Everyone has their favorite pho spot and PPQ has been mine for 20+ years. My go-to is the pho ga (chicken), which always comes out piping hot (a def must!). There's just the right amount of noodles and they never get mushy. The service is efficient. I'm never disappointed with a visit to PPQ!

The food was okay, but half the meal was incorrect. They were quick to make the correct meal for us and were polite about it.

Very disappointed by the flavors of the noodle soups. You do not get the complex and rich broths you should get from a legit Vietnamese restaurant. The bun Bo hue was like chicken stock you get from a can with tons of chili flakes to try and make up for complex flavors.
The pho broth was also flavorless and disappointing. Don't come.

Ordered takeout and was super satisfied with the house special pho. One of the better options in SF.

If you want to eat where the locals eat when visiting. This place gets busy fast so be sure to go a little earlier than the normal eating hours to beat the rush. You can substitute for a small fee if you are on a low carb diet. They also have kid sizes if you ask. Super delicious.

Long line across the street. Seated here right away. Really nice staff. The pho was great. I really don't know how it could've been any better.

The pho was okay. It was the only thing I tried and I made the mistake of ordering it to go. I already knew that pho is not the best dish to order to go but I was really craving some after recovering from a mild cold for the last few days.
I ordered the beef combination pho & the ingredients were all stuffed together in a paper takeout container. Other pho restaurants I’ve been to give you a bowl like container which makes it easier to pour the broth over & spread out the meats & noodles.
I also don’t think that my broth was hot enough when I got home & despite putting it in the microwave for an additional 2 minutes (also because I was unable to properly spread everything in a big bowl), there was a big portion of meat that did not get cooked by the broth at all & I simply had to take it out of my pho.
That being said, the portions are massive. I ordered the medium size and still did not come close to finishing it.
It did the job I suppose but not the best to-go pho experience.
