Love this place. It's my goto. Affordable and big portions for the price. The ladies are always accommodating. We've become friendly because I come often. I always go upstairs, enjoy my food, take a break from life, people watch from across the street. I actually hesitate to make this review for a long time now because I don't want too many people crowding there. But they deserve it. I always get the classic milk tea, jumbo, with boba and popcorn chicken bento....

The only thing that keeps me from giving them a 5 is the prices. Don't get me wrong about the inflation issue, but like some of the prices are unreasonable. They should lower it.
Go here if you have the money but the workers are really nice. Just go to Starbucks, it's more reasonable there.
